Some 60 years ago, when
qualified herbal practitioners were rather harder to find than they are
to-day, a newly qualified herbalist, Capt. Frank Roberts M.C. M.N.I.M.H,
began to establish a fine reputation here in Bristol. This quickly spread,
and within a few years, patients were travelling from all parts of the
British Isles for consultations. If they needed repeat prescriptions, these
were sent through the post. From these small beginnings, to-day, our
dispensaries send by post to clients all over the British Isles, throughout
Europe - and in fact to over 37 countries in all parts of the world.
Unusually for a direct mail
company, this widespread distribution growth over 60 years, has been
achieved without advertising, but purely as a result of the
recommendations to others by satisfied
users of our herbal medicines.
NEW CUSTOMERS
Every new customer
who comes to us does so through the referral of an existing customer, who is
usually a friend, relative or work colleague. Uniquely for a mail-order
company, we do not advertise, and this is the main reason why our
prices are so very competitive. For us to remain competitive, if you are
pleased with our products and service, the greatest favour that you can do
for us is to tell others.

There is rarely an “instant fix”
where herbal medicine is concerned, but patience is normally well-rewarded,
even in chronic cases, and most users should see a noticeable improvement

TRADE ASSOCIATION
is the B.H.M.A. (British Herbal
Medicine Association) and members are bound by a Code of Practice to
deal with the distribution of herbal medicines in an ethical, legal manner
and to show that a medicine fulfils the necessary requirements for
safety, efficacy and quality.
