That “off-colour” feeling, lack of zest, tiredness, may well be caused by constipation. These tablets provide a safe and gentle laxative and the dosage is economical - one or two tablets each day for the period of trouble.
The dosage can be doubled, if necessary, on occasions, but for chronic constipation a practitioner should be consulted.
