Echinacea, the American Cone-flower, or if you are a keen gardener, Rudbeckia Purpurea. This has to be one of the most valuable of all medicinal herbs, with a beneficial action in a bewildering number of conditions, only a few of which are cited on our product container label, and the exact same tablet is a constituent of our Three-Way Skin Pack.
By virtue of its recognised anti-viral and anti-septic action, Echinacea has a reputation for stimulating resistance to infection (i.e. the immune system) and to chronic disorders.
The level where it definitely provides good therapeutic benefit is as an internal antiseptic for the relief of disorders due to retained body poisons and toxins, such as chronic nasal catarrh, sore throats, tonsilitis, boils, mouth ulcers, and minor skin conditions.
Dosage: 3 tablets, 3 times daily.
