This plant is related to the excellent Korean Ginseng (Panax Ginseng), which we have offered in various forms for many years. Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus Senticosus) contains constituents called eleutherosides, which have a stimulating, adaptogenic affect.
An adaptogen is something which helps the body to withstand stress in a general way e.g. by increasing resistance to diseases and infections, and as in this case, it can help to maintain a healthy immune system.
It has been used for many years by Russian cosmonauts and athletes, because of it’s ability to maintain stamina and vitality levels, in the face of excessive physical and mental demands.
This is a high strength tablet, and we would suggest that initial usage should be just one per day, which could be increased safely to two tablets per day if required.
