An article in The Times on March 12th. 1998 quoted a recent trial, and out of 3250 people, 80% felt a significant benefit.

N.B. A small number of cases have been reported of St. John’s Wort possibly causing increased sensitivity to light – we suggest that you limit sunbathing or use of sun beds whilst taking St. John’s Wort.
