OUR SERVICE

We would like to think that once a customer has dealt with us, the service provided by other mail-order companies will never seem the same! Every order that we receive is despatched, by first-class post, on the same working day as we receive it. With the help of our computerised despatch system, it is perfectly possible for us to receive a telephone order at 2.15 p.m., and for it to be in the hands of our customer at the other end of the country the very next morning. (First-class postal service permitting – it is not what it used to be!).

 If there is ever any aspect of our service with which you are not 100% happy, please let us know.

 To summarise, we supply top quality, safe, effective, proven products, at prices which are not remotely matched by even the biggest high street names, and when we say that we despatch by return of post, that is exactly what we mean.

 To existing customers, we would like to express our sincere appreciation of your continued support, both through your orders and your little notes and letters. 

We still receive orders from a substantial number of customers, whom I recognise as existing clients when I started with this Company, nearly 40 years ago!  It certainly makes me feel more than a little humble to think that these clients have kept faith with us, and our treatments, over such a substantial part of their lives (and mine!).

OUR PRODUCT QUALITY

You will not find better quality products available - an easy enough claim to make, but we only use top quality ingredients, and full ingredient details are always given on our labels. We do not cut down on ingredient strengths to save money, nor do we suggest low, inadequate dosages, merely to ensure that a supply of tablets will last longer, and make our product appear to be better value for money. If it requires “2 tablets 3 times daily” to achieve a proper therapeutic action, then that is exactly what we will recommend.

We celebrate over 65 years of supplying quality herbal medicines, at very competitive prices.  Very, very few companies were involved in the supply of herbal medicines 65 years ago.  Certainly, you could not walk into any of the major supermarkets and find any herbal medicines on their shelves, these days, they are full of them.  We would like to think that even as a relatively small company, we have survived so long by continuing to provide an excellent personal service to our many customers in the U.K., and throughout the world, and by continuing to offer top-class herbal treatments, at fair, competitive prices.
